After complex tests, data statistics and comparison, it can be concluded that compound metamorphism treatment, metal pouring, solid treatment and vacuum melting and other advanced technology are different℃to improve the mechanical properties of room temperature, high temperature and heat resistance fatigue performance, which is attributed to the refinement of grains, the elimination of mesh and the improvement of inclusion form and distribution. For metal materials, using different heat treatment processes will affect the tissue structure and grain size, thus changing the difficulty of their thermal activation movement. In the analysis of casting failure, there are many factors leading to failure, mainly thermal fatigue leading to crack germination and development. Correspondingly, there are a series of factors that affect the initiation and expansion of the cracks, among which, the sulfur content is extremely important, because the cracks mostly develop along the sulfide. If the sulfur content is affected by raw materials and their smelting quality, if the castings working under the protective atmosphere of hydrogen, hydrogen sulfide in hydrogen will cause the casting to permeate sulfur. Secondly, the adequacy of the solid solution treatment will affect the strong toughness of the casting.
